Loani Ravu Henao is the managing partner of Henaos Lawyers. He was admitted to practice in PNG in 1979.

He was the Senior State Prosecutor and Solicitor - in charge of the State Solicitor's Office in Lae before establishing his own firm. He was the president of the PNG Law Society from 1991 - 1997 and was the Chairman of the Lawyers Statutory Committee, the disciplinary body for the legal profession. He has been a member of the PNG Law Society Council and the Lawyers Statutory Committee since 1987. Currently he is the Honorary Consul General for the Kingdom of Thailand.
